ANATOMY OF MAMMALS
The Anatomy of Mammals strand in Grade 11 Biology (SBI3C) introduces students to the structures and functions of organs that work together as systems in the human body. This section will focus on understanding anatomical and physiological processes of the circulatory system. Common circulatory diseases and disorders are explored, examining medical devices and technologies used to prevent and/or treat the disease. In addition, the effects of human activity on human health are significant and will be further explored in the lessons.
