PLANTS IN THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
The Plants strand in Grade 11 emphasizes the role of plants in our world and their essential role in the environment around us. It is underpinned by details of plant anatomy and function, which is essential in helping students understand the relationships and issues which people and plants share in the world. The lessons and materials presented in this section are intended to bring the content to life, engaging students and inviting them to consider relevant, current issues related to plants.
